Our Organic Olive Grove RUBY BAY OLIVES is a great place to have a relaxed family break. The house is bright and colourful and geared for beach and outdoor living with heaps of space indoors and out for large family gatherings. The balmy waters of Tasman Bay are just a stones throw from the house and a morning swim makes for a stunning start to the day.

For colder weather the house is kept cosy and warm with a free standing fire in the lounge, a wood cook stove in the kitchen and heat pumps for the rest of the house. Plus heaps of sun.

3 large double bedrooms, one twin and a single bed in the sunroom gives comfortable bedding for 9. The main bedroom has an ensuite with shower, bath, basin and toilet. The other bathroom has a shower and basin and there is separate toilet.
Open plan living leads out to a large deck and sheltered sunny lawn area.

All the conveniences of the contemporary life style are at your disposal, double drawer diswasher, microwave, gas hob electric oven, automatic washing machine, TV's x3 DVD and VCR players (there is a video hire outlet in Mapua). A broadband internet connection is available for your laptop to plug into. We have a Canadian canoe, two Sisson kayaks and a plastic surf rider for your use.

Our home is a " Work in Progress " and consequently there are parts that are unfinished. As you can see from the photos this in no way detracts from the beach house experience
We are asking for considerate families only who understand the principles of organic living. We have free range chooks so nodogs please.

SUMMER SEASON Labour Weekend to Easter $270.00 per night (minimum of 3 nights).
Or on a weekly basis for $1750 per week (7 nights) $240 per extra night
WINTER SEASON After Easter until Before Labour Weekend $190.00 per night (minimum of 3 nights).
Or on a weekly basis for $1250 per week (7 nights) $185 per extra night
